Our Head Office

Managing Director, Dave Lock has been successfully operating care homes for older people since 1985. Dave oversees the homes in general and ensures that they are equipped to the latest specification and maintained to high standards thus ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Managing Directors Personal Assistant, Gerry Smith works alongside Dave providing support and backup.

Operations Director Emma Philpott oversees the Home Managers ensuring that the Group’s Care Quality Standards are maintained, that all clients receive an individually tailored care package and that all areas of service provision are to a high standard.

Operations Directors Personal Assistant, Karen Underwood supports Emma in her role and also assists the Home Managers to help facilitate our busy entertainment programmes.

Group Accountant, Barbara Granger has worked for the group since 1989 and is responsible for all aspects of the accounts department having worked in various accounts roles for Dave. Barbara is supported in the Accounts Department by Sue Burton and Mandy Whittle.

Our Quality Assurance Coordinator works closely with the Operations Director in maintaining the Group’s Care Quality Standards and regulatory compliance.
