Our Head Office
Managing Director, Dave Lock has been successfully operating care homes for older people since 1985. Dave oversees the homes in general and ensures the homes are equipped to the latest specification and maintained to high standards thus ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Director, Karen Lock, looks after interior design and furnishings and adds the homely touches.
Operations manager Emma Philpott, has worked for the group since 1997 and overseas the Home Managers ensuring that the Groups Care Quality Standards are maintained and that all clients receive an individually tailored care package.
MD’s PA, Sherrie Simons works alongside Dave providing support and backup.
Group Accountant, Barbara Granger has worked for the group since 1989 and is responsible for all aspects of the accounts department and has worked in various accounts roles for Dave since 1989.
Entertainment Administrator, Liz Robinson assists the Home Managers to facilitate our busy entertainment programmes.
Quality Assurance Coordinator, works closely with the operations manager in maintaining the Group’s Care Quality Standards.
