Upon admittance the Home Manager will agree with you an individual care plan with the emphasis placed on retaining your independence and self respect.
It details the daily support to be provided according to your needs and the daily routine and lifestyle you prefer. The care plan is regularly reviewed.

Wendy Honey has worked in the care industry for 10 years, she joined us at Moat House in 2001. She lives nearby with husband Andrew and her two sons.
