It details the daily support to be provided according to your needs and the daily routine and lifestyle you prefer. The care plan is regularly reviewed.

The Acting Home Manager
Lorraine Pearce has worked in the care industry for over 40 years, she joined us at The Old Vicarage in May 2008, she lives nearby and has 2 daughters and 7 grandchildren.



Our Nurses
Our qualified RGN’s are all experienced in the nursing of older people. Knowledgeable, skilled professionals who are alert to changes in patients conditions and the implications in terms of care. They are part of the wider community, multi-disciplinary team that includes; Doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacists and dieticians amongst others.
 
Our carers
Staff are selected for their qualities of integrity, skill, friendliness and professionalism. All staff follow a structured and continuing training programme.
